Ok, I spent the whole night listening to a bunch of 90’s hit songs, which I happened to obtain off a playlist on the web. They really invoke the nostalgia and makes you feel good. I can’t describe the feeling, but it’s one that transports you back to those sweet primary/secondary school times. Listening to songs that you would otherwise have forgotten a long long time ago is really nice.
The bad thing about this? Apparently, it is one of the early signs that tells me I am aging. Well, I’m approaching 20 and lately, none of the new songs on the charts appeal to me. It’s either a slew of bad music being released, or that I’m simply too old to accept new musical styles. Suddenly, all these 90’s music sound really good (even those which I used to play to death 8 years ago). So, here’s a list of what I’ve been listening to tonight :

Yes, my playlist is chockful of cheesy dance pop tunes. Call it gay but I love them period. The dancier, the better. Love Europop sounds (did anyone mention ABBA? ).

What I really really want now is a chance to go to a Madonna concert before I turn 22, but I guess this is almost impossible now that Madge is unlikely to perform Down Under and I’m too broke to go all the way to Europe for her performances. The Confessions tour is awesome, but I don’t even have the time to join in a history making event. Damn, just damn!
I am ready to camp out for tickets if the Confessions tour ever lands in Sydney.

I was watching an episode of Simpsons earlier and this scene is so cute (awwww….) it touches your heart. It’s one of the short scenes which makes your heart feel all warm and fuzzy. If only this is true with regards to the state of the world we’re living in today. I don’t understand why humans can be so evil to one another just because we do not have the same religion. Worst of all, some of the biggest religious movements are also the most militant and violent in nature. This is a disgrace to mankind’s existence. Kudos to Matt Groenig for this beautiful clip.
